Julie-Lynn (JL) Zahavich is a naturalist, student, and artist. From a young age, JL has been honing her skills in painting and drawing. Acrylic, watercolour, and pastels are her preferred mediums.
JL lives and works in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PEI). She coordinates conservation programs for Island Nature Trust – an environmental NGO – and is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Environmental Management through Royal Roads University, studying forest bird communities in PEI natural areas.
